“Great service. Great ambiance. Pizza for California standards was good but certainly not great. Being a Chicago boy I know pizza. I ordered thin crust sausage. I asked for the pizza to be cut into squares which in Chicago is an automatic. My nice server said the cook won’t cut into squares because the owner won’t do it. That is the most redicolous poilicy especially when a customer asks for it. So now the pizza review. Certainly not genuine Chicago at all. Maybe Chicago style at best. The sauce was very bland, the cheese missed the mark and the crust was missing the magic that is genuine Chicago pizza. The sausage was tasty. Do get me wrong, my pizza was good but it would have been better if I expected pizza made in California. I will now wait for Vegas or Prescott to get my next real deal Chicago pizza experience. I did hear the sandwiches were good here so I should have ordered one instead of the pizza.”

“Didn't think much about this place at 1st. I mean, we were hungry and since this was the closest thing to the parking structure, we just walked in and decided to give it a try. OMG, were we pleasantly surprised at how delicious Everything tasted!!! I do mean Everything. The tacos needed no extra salt, hot sauce or anything. Perfect!! Even the chips for the salsa were excellent. The drinks were perfectly mixed as well. They have a lot of Tequila. Different types. We highly recommend you try this place. You wont be disappointed.”

“Edit: Changed from 4 stars to 3. This place used to be really awesome. Apparently about 2 months ago though, the place changed ownership. Things were ok, nothing really stood out. Don't get the best feeling from the new owner. He will spend lots of time at tables that give him/the restaurant praise and try to avoid those tables that have any complaints. Original Review: I've been going here for years. I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. There are some areas of the restaurant where you get tucked away and can sometimes be forgotten about for periods of time.”

“I was torn whether or not to mention this little gem because I love the mom & pop feel of the place. The restaurant itself only fits 20-25 people but the food is worth it. Check our their tapas list which boast an array of fusion style delights. I personally had a fit over their Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna. Actually...anything with their spicy tuna is amazing. Also try their specialty sushi - I had one with truffle salt that was heaven and another with a basil sauce that was SO flavorful. All that and it was pretty affordable. A $20 sake bottle, 3 tapas, 2 sets of sushi and full roll, it was about $60 for two of us. No bad! Hands down, my favorite sushi spot. Totoya is located in a small shopping center so make sure to not miss it.”

The Cafe adjacent has 8 flavors of Lapperts Ice Cream. It's a premium Ice cream with tropical flavors. Enjoyed ourselves immensely. Highly recommend this place.”
