    We really wanted to like this place because we enjoy wings so much. But every time we tried it it took forever to get something as simple as a 6-piece order of wings. The little salad on the side were so tiny and we're basically lettuce and carrots. Last time we were there we waited over 45 minutes for one order of bone-in wings and one order of chicken tenders.

    Delicious food and great flavors. If you're looking for a romantic date, not the best place...its pretty loud and has TVs on constantly with a slew of sports. Great place for sports fans though!

    Probably not coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. It is the only one by Metro point but I’ll go to the one at the Block next time. Got seated, waited 10 min so someone cleaned our table even when I asked one waitress cleaning the table next to mine, waited another 10 for our waitress to come get our order, waited about another 30 minutes for our food. I came today, Sunday January 27th at around 7:45pm there were no tables when we arrived but at about 8:15pm there were about 5 empty tables just at the bar area. I could see about 5 employees just standing by their room in the back by the bar area, and after we placed we
    our order our initial waitress nacer came back again there was another one but no one ever explained what happened about the change.
    We never could tell who the manager was, no one seemed like the manager.

    We usually come here twice a week, for the last year and this is the second time we have a bad experience. However, it only takes one bad experience to make us think about not coming back.

    We usually spend $50-60 every time -$200 a month. Hopefully, you guys do something about this poor customer service. This is why several places close because customers stop coming. To the hiring personnel: please make sure you provide a better training to employees. To the managers: please make yourself more visible and make sure you hold your employees accountable.

    I love BWW. The service here is a lot better. The last few visits have been good. The new management staff is definitely doing a better job. I always sit at the bar. The bartenders here are all very cute and helpful. They take care if you which is a nice change. $5 pitchers of bud light on football games doesn't hurt either.

    I was not successful in trying to place a take-out order on my smartphone, had to order in person instead. The food is pretty good, but it is not cheap. If you want inexpensive fast food, there are places in the neighborhood that are better for that. If you like sitting at a sports bar with many screens with different games showing, and you don't mind a noisy environment, this might be the place for you. A place for a quiet, relaxing dinner out it is not.
