NORMS Restaurant

This particular location is not exactly in one of the best areas of the city but the food and the service were very good. We did notice a bit of disorganization when it came to where we were going to be seated but other than that everything was good. Our server was very pleasant and he made sure to check in on us without bugging us too much.

Gave a 3 stars because of the following. I stopped with my family around 10: 30 pm for a meal after a day at the beach.The waitress seemed tired and not wanted to be there. I had to ask her for refills of my drinks. When she brought the food I had to ask for utensils to eat with. I ordered an extra baked potato and it was burnt and dried my daughter did not eat it. I had order my steak medium & it was cooked well done. We were tired and hungry for that reason I said nothing and ate what I could. And on top of it all there was a 3% charge on my bill which was not mentioned before I ordered. I'm pretty sure norms is making quite a bit of maney off that.That was a good move on whoever decides for norms. For certain not going to this norms or any for that matter.

Great customer service very welcoming upon arrival. Tables were clean. Yummy food and lots of choose from. Restrooms were okay. Definitely recommend visiting here for early breakfast with friends family or professional meeting as it is quiet. Able to be flexible on the menu for order. Free parking lot out the rear and conveniently located as well.

So I came here on a double date and arrived at Norm's around 2 am on a Friday night. The waitress looked tired and I can't blame her. Regardless she took our order with a smile and Charisma and even when our order was slightly off she made the corrections with no rudeness. Clean restaurant and good staff. Santa Ana is blessed to have a Norm's.
