    I absolutely love El Torino. Did you know that this is where the table side guacamole started? Yep, @ the Long Beach location one of the waiters made a small group of people the guacamole because the chef inside was taking too long. When those people came back they said they wanted their guac me table side and the owner said we don't do that. The customers quickly assure the owner that they do and the rest is history.

    The soup at El Torito is absolutely awesome, I like their fajitas and their tacos my wife absolutely craves their Caesar salad. The dressing is possibly the best Caesar salad dressing on the planet.
