We have ordered most of the menu items multiple times and everytime it was tasty, authentic and consistent [which is key for us]. The Appams were so soft, the stew and vadais were yummy. The food items remind me of eating food at home in India. Thank you for the yummy food!

A hidden gem of a take-out restaurant offering exotic Kerala/South Indian cuisine, which is rare to find in LA! I have been ordering idlis/batter from Chef Reshmi of Freshme Flavors for a few years, and I'm consistently impressed with the quality, attention, care and love that she puts into her food. It's been a real life-saver for me, and my day doesn't feel right without her idlis (steamed rice cakes) and coconut chutney, a breakfast match made in culinary heaven !!

I was eager to try our their recently opened restaurant and took out a few items from their menu including thaali meals and appam with veggie stew. It was a truly a trip down memory lane; it took me on a culinary journey to the exotic shores of tropical paradise, Kerala, where I treated myself to a mini "sadya"/feast on a banana leaf!!

Thanks for a scrumptious and satiating traditional Kerala meal! The aviyal, a medley of veggies in a coconut milk and yogurt base, was certainly the masterpiece closely followed by stir-fried cauliflower/potato dish!

The appams (pancakes made of fermented rice batter) were soft , fluffy and delicious. It paired well with the veggie stew, a unique Kerala dish in a coconut milk base with spices like pepper and cardamom. I would love to try the appams with their popular egg curry.
