Always make a reservation because you definitely won't put your fork down. I know I couldn't.... This place is amazing, Great fresh food; never the same menu... The food is always prepared with great care and concern and plated to make your mouth water. Every bite is to be savored and you won't take anything home; at least I haven't in the several times I've been there. Way to go Chef and company, awesome experience. Looking forward to my next visit already!!!

Before anything else...MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION! This place currently only serves a few people a day and everything is delivered fresh each day so they only order what they know they'll need.

If "Olive Garbage" is your idea of good Italian food you probably won't appreciate this place. There is nothing mass produced here. Everything is organic and either straight from Italy or locally sourced. No dish has more than 7 ingredients and they are currently only serving preset 6 course meals. That means there's no menus and you can't make any changes. But why would you want to? Everything was DELICIOUS as is!

When the food is served (made fresh and served by the chef), he tells you about where the ingredients are from, how the dish is best eaten and how the flavors compliment each other. This is not just eating dinner, it's an experience.

We can't wait for the expansion that will include freshly baked bread, gelato, baked goods, sandwiches, coffees and more.
