Legend Hot Chicken

This is the ONLY hot chicken place I've found in CA that makes you sign a waiver for their hottest spice level chicken where I feel the waiver is justified. And the Cole slaw is really good, too.

The basic chicken is delicious. The spice doesn't add a lot of flavor, just heat. Very exaggerated spice level -- I'm usually a 4/5 spicy person, but mild is closest to my liking here. Start lower in spice level than you usually like

I was in the plaza visiting another business and stopped in for a bite. I got the salad and to my dismay, it wasn't good. Let me start off by saying that the chicken itself was delicious and I should have went with a different meal but the salad that it was on top of just didn't compliment it well.

The salad was chicken, four pickles, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, and dry lettuce. For a salad, I would expect some tomatoes, onions, and other ingredients but I got none of that. The dressing available was ranch and their spicy mayo so I just used that as a dip rather than drenching my salad.

The chicken was great and that's enough to stop by again for something else.

This place really puts the ‘Hot’ in Hot Chicken!
Decided to get the 2 slider combo in ‘Hot’ (w/ Mac n Cheese) and ‘Very Hot’ (with coleslaw) and they did not disappoint!
The ‘Cajun’ fries were nothing to write home about but still decent.
Overall, really liked the food and will one day try the Reaper level.

Food was pretty good. Chicken was cooked just right and had a nice crunch to it. Mac n cheese was okay. On this particular day, there was a lot of fruit flies in the dining area. It made it difficult to enjoy the food. Wanted to try it. Wasn't overwhelmed. Solid 3.
