Kairakutei

Great tasting broth and noodles had good texture. It's a different regional style of ramen compared to most places, but if you like ramen, you'll like this place. Only knock against Kairakutei is the lack of soft-boiled egg. Prices are great for a ramen joint and portions/ingredients are good. Definitely recommend the tonkotsu shoyu ramen.

Got the tonkatsu miso ramen and it was delicious. Broth was savory and creamy. I also grabbed the pork kimchi bowl but didn't like that so much. I would stick with the ramen here. Cute old school ramen shop with friendly staff.

Love this place !! Mika and her husband (owners)are so nice and friendly. Definitely one of the best ramen shops from around and affordable. And yes they do sell beer a must have with some good delicious ramen.

The ramen is perfectly cooked, not mushy. The broth viscosity is perfect. Enough amount of saltiness. The only critique from me is the EGG! Many ramen restaurants I've visited, they always serve soft boiled eggs as to enhance the experience of eating ramen with the creaminess of the egg yolk. This restaurant doesn't serve soft boiled eggs. They are hard boiled. I wish they read this review and change, I'll give 5 stars then.

Anyway, good food with very cheap price. But this place is CASH ONLY, so make sure you have enough cash with you.

Best ramen I have ever eaten! Excellent service great atmosphere I couldn't ask for a better place to have a great time with my wife. Definitely comfort food. Must-try place!
