Oki Doki Restaurant

I love this place. I actually originally found out about it from Meiji in Lake Forest. It had shown up as a suggestion but it wasn't until I was in the Meiji that I realized how close Oki Doki was. I also wasn't aware that Meiji / Hakata Ikkousha / Meiji were all part of the Oki Doki company, I think by that default so is Mendoki. So all my favorite Japanese food! It makes sense.

The thing I love most about Oki Doki is that it has the most varied menu of the other locations. It serves sushi, soba, udon, and many other interesting dishes such as green tea risotto. Come early though because there is normally a wait here. Definitely worth checking out. I have only had one "bad" experience of finding a piece of metal in my soba but the staff was apologetic and it hasn't deterred me from coming back.

I absolutely love this place. It has the best sushi in Tustin. The restaurant is small, but the staff is attentive, and the food is always fresh and prepared with skill and care. Every time I come I try to get something new. I have yet to be disappointed. My absolute favorite is the salmon skin rolls. Do yourself a favor and try them. Top everything off with their special ice creams, and a Japanese beer. The price is right, and the food and service are above par.

Got the sukiyaki udon and it was light, filling, and incredibly delicious; I also got the eel rice bowl but that wasn't very good - other places I've gone to that had eel were much more delicious with it. Nice and calm Japanese restaurant, I recommend this place.

Quick and really good service. I had the garlic beef udon and its my favorite. I order it every time I go there. Ive recommended it to my friends and they've enjoyed the meals as well.

Nice little restaurant. A hidden gem. Authentic. There is always some special on the menu daily. Check out their Tuna Toro special. It's heaven. Their bento is great as well. Service might be a bit behind when they are full. Quality of fish is great.
