Good sandwiches, fair price
I have been here a couple times. The customer service is good but kinda pushy. The pate chaud and croissants are good but I haven't tried anything else. I think they need to make the menu size smaller and emphasize on the best sellers. Also, I like the drinks.
However, what annoys me the most is that the staff is so incompetent. They would get my order wrong so many times and they are so slow when the place is empty. They have no customer service skills. They also talk in Vietnamese to each other and assume customers wouldn't understand. Last but not least, the place has no AC, which makes it not welcoming. Hopefully the owner would fix these issues soon.
My Vietnamese sandwich was tasty but needed more green veggies: cilantro and jalapenos
I don't know if some of the other reviews caught them on an off day, but my experience was excellent.
I was picking up my dry-cleaning across the street and saw this spot pulling out.
Pastries and croissant-wichs are my kryptonite.
Sandwich was very good; a flaky, buttery croissant with egg and cheese.
Also got a strawberry and blueberry pastry, both of which were made very well and tasted fresh.
Sweet but not overbearing like other pastry spots.
This is a very new business and coming from a background in running my own shops before, I would give them another
chance if your first experience wasn't all but pleasant.
Gotta go back and try their other selections and maybe get a cake there as well.
