Just visited the former spot of Pho 79 and discovered a new restaurant has opened up again next to the bakery. I haven't tried everything yet, just their fresh passion fruit drink and grilled salmon with salad to-go. The passion fruit is Taiwanese-boba strong, which I love (others can ask for less sugar). The grilled salmon comes with broken rice, but it's the Vietnamese flavored fish sauce that brings a nice spicy tang to the dish when added on top. The salad has an abundance of nuts and greens, so definitely not a boring fast food salad. Taste here is so far bold and tasty. A good start. Interior is cute, pink hued flowers and accents, warm woods, very interesting floor tiles (for the interior design geeks). A zillion more boba/slush flavors top go through along with their banh mi, pho, and other dishes to try.

New owners and staff. Very pleasant and welcomed with a smile. Had the Grilled pork with fried egg served on rice with lettuce. Lunch was excellent. Restaurant is clean, cheerful and bright. Will go back again.

As we were looking to find a place to eat that wasn’t cash only, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant. Probably THE cleanest, classiest, best smelling Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the food to the staff to the restaurant, second to none. I love how they are a family team and they treat the customers as if they are guests at their house. I had the salmon dish (bomb!) I admired the personal touch they added to the service. Highly suggest this place and I hope more people get to know about this place. Stellar all round.
