    A very good fresh experience. The fish was cut fresh for each order, unlike many other restaurants that have started precutting fish before they get busy. They also spread out orders to keep a constant flow instead of serving everything at once. Very good experience. Enjoy some green tea ice cream for dessert.

    Favorite sushi bar in the OC! Teppan is also first rate. Gets crowded on the weekends if you want to sit at either bar. Table service is great, though.

    The best and my most favorite Japanese teppan bar in town. Good prices and great food. I have been going there for 30 years and even though they have had a change of ownership over the years, the food has NEVER been less than perfect. I always get the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp. Comes with a generous New York Steak and around 6 - 8 shrimp. Stir fried vegetables with bean sprouts, miso soup and I top it off with a frosty bottle of Kirin beer. I'm so very hungry now...
