Mimi's Cafe

I liked the place, the food was excellent. I had a very tasty cheese mushroom melt. My wife had a chicken pasta dish which was more than she could eat. Nice type of French atmosphere.

Mimi's cafe has been around for a long time and you might look at them and think they are a tired old place for older people that like comfort food and maybe that's me but I really love their food. They do specialize in comfort food like pot roast mashed potatoes and gravy, Turkey mashed potatoes stuffing and gravy and the other usual fare. But they also have really good salads like an Asian chicken salad with small little Mandarin oranges and a delicious dressing. And their breakfasts are awesome... they have awesome Belgian waffles, delicious omelets and they have a Berry sauce for pancakes or waffles that's really good. So I highly recommend this place...it's delicious

I really enjoy Mimi's Cafe. I often meet my mom for lunch and I always have a delicious vanilla latte when I dine there. Breakfast is equally delicious. I love the eggs Benedict and the omelettes!

Great Muffins! This place assumes to be a French restaurant but there's no French about it. The food is all American & is really good. Their muffins are LARGE & outstanding. Their turkey dinner is wonderful. They have a full bar & a TV in the bar area, although you can't hear it. You have to read subtitles. This is a great place for groups or cozy dining for small parties. Their servers are very friendly & most have been there for years. The prices are mid range but if you join Mimi's e-club, they send you "buy 1, get 1 free" coupons which are good anytime except for special days like Mother's Day, Christmas, etc. Access is easy & there's plenty of parking.

The food was really good. Ann our waitress did a great job. We weren't greeted when walking into the restaurant for a few minutes. We were seated right by the front door which allowed every time that door opened for a cold breeze to make us colder and colder. Overall though the experience was good.
