“I visited twice since they opened about 10 days ago. The first visit was on their opening day when the line was super long and I had to wait for 50 min to get my food after ordering. I visited again today and it was a much smoother experience. There was no line and I got my bowl only 10 min after ordering. I tried the original bone broth and the tomato broth and both were great. Ingredients were fresh and of high quality. Would definitely come back again.”

“It is so nice to have Rye Goods in Laguna Beach. I used to go to Newport location to pick bread. They have one of the best bread in Orange County. Their country sourdough bread is divine. They bake their bread and pastries fresh everyday using organic high quality flower. They dont have gluten free items but I can handle their rye bread without issues. Pastry items are also super tasty, baklava croissant is something to try. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. There are indoor and outdoor sitting area. Parking is paid street parking and can be hard to find during busy times. I highly recommend this place for fresh bakery lovers. Price is on the higher end.”

“In short, Fantastic Ice Cream. Lovely smiley staff. With a few more details, Bruster’s has amazing ice cream and all the flavors are rich and delicious. From the vanilla to the cheesecake to oreo to apple caramel crunch. Some flavors have chunks in them. Very generous portions. Delicious cones too. They have cups and banana splits and other stuff too that I haven’t tried yet. We love to measure my kid’s height to see if they qualify for the free baby cone. They will give any kid under 40 inches a free baby ice cream cone. We get vanilla with sprinkles. So cute. The staff is very lovely, and the lady taking our order is always smiley, helpful and patient with us sampling the ice cream. The open area next to Bruster’s has a lot of outdoor seating around the fire pit and little fountain. I’ll def keep coming back with my family here and I recommend you do too. Definitely support this business.”

They know their menu and are happy to help you order should you need suggestions. The food is soooo fresh and delicious. The cutlet and popcorn chicken are perfectly coated and crispy! Not dry at all!!! The original is also super tender! The side sauces make the dish extra yummy but totally not necessary as the meat has good flavor on its own. The rice…. Yes the rice… I can eat a whole bowl of that yummy rice! All in all a hit and I will be back!”

My app encountered a glitch and although I thought the order went through and was concerned to press "pay" more than once as it might deduct the price each time I pressed it. I went into the restaurant where a Mgr. named Yolanda was very patient and could see how my order was stalled. She immediately corrected the error on my phone and while doing that had the cooks complete my order. “Pizza lovers, lookout, there is a new place in town, and it's Pizza Guys in Laguna Woods. We ordered the gluten-free spinach garlic chicken pizza, an antipasto salad, and the penne pollo rustico pasta. Let's start with the pizza. The crust was perfect and thin just like we like it, and the toppings were fresh and quite a generous amount. The taste was simply delicious. The pasta was baked and had a very nice texture and taste as well as came with some tasty garlic bread. The antipasto salad was fresh and nicely presented and very good. The customer service was the top shelf, and Hooman, the owner, was quite the professional and a superb and gracious gentleman. The menu is delightful, offering many choices of custom pizzas, pastas, breads, salads, calzones, deserts, and drinks. The ambiance is quite positive and I could see that this restaurant is very popular with the locals as it was very busy at around 3:15 pm. As a Sicilian, I can truly say that Pizza Guys offers terrific menu items and custom pizzas that most other establishments don't offer.
