Let me premise this review with the fact that I've worked in the hospitality industry for eighteen years (the entirety of my working career). I have a significant understanding/appreciation of, and a deep love for restaurants; as well as the people who work in them. Pasquale's, the spiritual and literal successor of Pasquale T's, holds a profound place in my heart. I remember being excited whenever my parents asked if my sister and I wanted to eat out at Pasquale T's when we were growing up. The food reminds me of being a kid again. That is not to say the dishes lack elegance, far from it actually; everything I taste here is absolutely amazing, and brings me great joy. With that wordy mouthful out of my system, I would just like anyone and everyone to know this is a special place. The food is excellent. The people are courteous and kind, and I am so happy to be able to enjoy such a wonderful place. (The pictures are of the Seafood Fettucine and the Shredded Beef Raviolis. Both were out of this world and come with garlic bread. Sorry there isn't a picture of the garlic bread, I ate it all too fast)

We had a delightful evening at Pasquale’s Ristorante! Our group of 4 enjoyed a feast of flavors, with chicken fettuccine, succulent meatballs, a generously-sized salad (though the lettuce could be improved beyond iceberg), flavorful pesto fettuccine, mouthwatering lasagna, and the divine rigatoni alfredo ala prosciutto. Gina, our server, was exceptional, catering to every little request and ensuring our experience was top-notch.

While we savored the food, there are some areas for improvement. We recommend swift greetings at the front door and prompt seating, as we had a bit of a wait. Pricing seemed a tad steep for the portion sizes, and some cooling adjustments indoors would be great. The kids' high chair design could be enhanced to prevent leaning, unlike the standard ones we're accustomed to. Also, keeping drinks refilled consistently would enhance the overall experience.

Despite these minor notes, we had a fantastic time, thanks in large part to Gina's attentiveness. With a few tweaks, this place could be a true gem!

Brought my 8y granddaughter to celebrate her birthday. She specifically wanted pizza. We walked in the door at 6pm . The place was very packed. We were fortunate to be greeted immediately and promptly seated at a table outdoors which is what she wanted as well. Ordered a "create your own pizza" with black olives, pineapple and fresh tomatoes. It was cooked to perfection and not greasy. I highly recommend the restaurant. Have not tried any other food yet. Much needed in Auburn!
