The tacos were good, but the rice and refried beans need some work. The rice was undercooked and looked like something that was prepared somewhere else and reheated. I know this is a franchise and they try being unique, but sometimes that's not the answer. I think the owner could figure out how to improve the food quality without having to invest too much effort. Mexican food isn't complicated, but it must have the basics down good. I'm honestly not sure I'll return until those items are addressed. I'd hate to see a business suffer from less than satisfactory food quality. See what happens. Oh, and one more thing, get better tasting chips. The ones now taste like old cooking oil.
