Great food, good hospitality, decent prices, a new local favorite. The carnitas are the bomb! The burritos are big and full of flavor. If you like more authentic Mexican food and haven't tried this place, you are missing out.
They had a home made Agua Fresca watermelon drink that was amazing!

I wasn't even planning on getting food...but I did need to get out and stretch. And duh, I love little places!

Everyone was super nice! They have a very small inside seating area, but a very cute, half inside half outside, sitting area.

Food was great! The Al Pastor taco came with pineapple. That was new to me, thanks!

I rarely get much cheese, but vacation rules were in effect and I got a queso birria ... I highly recommend that!

The salsas were good, not very spicy, unless I missed it. Very tasty though.

Thanks guys and gals for a great meal and being so friendly! You got a great spot to stretch at and grab some grub!

Side note, if you have picky kids...they have mini corndogs and chicken strips and fries and stuff. My kids were happy with it.

Great atmosphere; honoring HJoes. Great selection of tacos. The food is AAA; top chef here. Service and hospitality five stars and so on. The churros omg the best ones in the USA. Thank you!

For my first visit I wanted to sample a variety of meats, so I got three tacos: Al Pastor, Asada and Carnitas. All were fresh and high quality with excellent flavor and no inedible fat/gristle. Served on two soft, lightly fried yellow corn tortillas topped with onions and cilantro. Very good free chips and a salsa bar with mild green, super hot Habanero, and Pico de Gallo options. Tapatio and Cholula bottles are on the tables to meet red sauce needs. Pickled carrots & jalapenos, radishes and limes also available. Overall, excellent food and service at a fair price and as good as the best taquerias down in the Sacramento area.
