Always busy, always slow in line to make a purchase. Usually only 1 person at a time ringing up, even with a line out the door. Be ready to wait 10-15mins to get to the counter. & They usually have a machine or two that's broken at any given time, but that's on the owner, not the workers. Nice people, though. Beware their breakfast sandwiches, there's Pablano peppers in the eggs (not sure why, that's a highly uncommon ingredient to put in eggs) which are *spicy. Found out the hard way & I can't eat spicy food. I didn't know the pablano on the label meant spicy peppers, I thought it was a type of cheese or spread. Since I've never had them before, I didn't know. Packaging should say "Spicy!" on the label somewhere.

A bit of a line but nice customer service.

Air/water: California state law has required stations to provide these at no charge, for years. Yet the start button on the air compressor STILL doesn't actually START the machine, as labeled. There is no reason in 2018 that I should have to leave my disabled vehicle and go all the way around the station to ask them to turn on the pump. Again, this is a service they are required to provide by law. Please fix your air pump to actually work at the customer's location. Staff was really nice though, thanks.
