    I am sooo hooked on this place! They adapted through Covid so we could pre-order takeout and other options I haven't even tried yet. They have a GREAT LOX bagel sandwich, and I've tried most of their menu, all yummy, awesome big comfort food cookies too. Mochas or lavender tea, yum. Would be nice if there was another table for seating even if it's outside. The fireplace and books is a wonderful spot too. I'm hungry now just thinking about it.

    Excellent coffee, fresh pastries and lunch items made to order. A great cafe, even just starting out.

    Wonderful experience. Had an excellent Matcha latte traditional style and espresso banana muffin was amazing definitely try it. Owners are super nice and it’s a great spot to have in Lincoln. Will be back!

    Such a perfect little coffee shop!( with delish food) Order the tomato soup with grilled cheese. IT WAS THE BEST TOMATO SOUP I HAVE EVER HAD!

    Friendly staff, clean environment and yummy coffee!

    Hit up Rebel Hen Cafe! Great coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and adding new items added everyday. Local couple who both have a culinary background. She is a Cordon Blue trained chef and his background is a Head chef. Warm and friendly environment with a cool vibe. I always support our local companies. I am definitely coming back again!

    I have discovered my new favorite coffee place!
    The fact that it’s local and family owned is just a perk of this place. They make their own syrups for their drinks and the coffee is killer! Also the food is pretty kick’en too!
    I’m so so so happy to have found this little hole in the wall and to have meet the kind owners of this little cafe.
    I’ll be back soon ????
