My all time favorite place! I love introducing all my clients to this amazing deli, that are moving up this way! Great food and HUGE sandwiches and the staff is quite extraordinary.. always so friendly! Don't miss this spot in Newcastle CA!

THE RAT TRAP!! By far one of the best places to get cheese and a sandwich. They also have soups that are worth standing in a long line just like all there food. I have been there with a line out the door and the service is surprisingly fast for such a small shop. I would eat here every day if possible. Love this place. Get a Rat Trap with everything on it kick back and enjoy!!

Best sandwiches around! Always busy and for good reason. Sandwiches are STUFFED with meat, make sure to be prepared to bring some home. Location is a bit hidden and the inside is a little bit worn down but the country vibe the place gives off is very neat. Looking forward to returning.

Probably the most unique and delicious sandwiches that I have ever had. I have stopped here several times when I worked in the area, and had the signature rattrap sandwich which was amazing and fresh. Also, the location and area is quaint and cozy. Come here to enjoy amazing sandwiches!

Best sandwiches in the area. The sandwiches are really good: fresh, quality breads and meats, and of course, great cheese.

The best part of the Cheese Shop though is the atmosphere. It's got a cool, small town feeling and some of the best staff around. Extremely friendly, very fast. These are great people. I love this place!
