Hot off the Griddle

First time trying it out since they took over from Barn Burner. The interior has been stripped and is pretty plain now, like all the character got wiped away.
Menu is small and very basic, nothing you can't get at any typical breakfast spot. I would suggest they work on a more exciting menu with some healthier options too.
The food was decent, but not worth the high prices.

Randomly choose this restaurant on our way to the airport and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place 👍

Jason Dass and his family owned restaurant is always a pleasure to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Service and food-always excellent. The entire staff are very friendly.

Fairly new restaurant so our 1st time here and way above expectations. Service and breakfast excellent and fairly priced. Staff very friendly while serving us as a team (seemed every server waited on us at one time or another), never an empty coffee cup. Only wish we lived closer allowing for more visits...

This place is INCREDIBLE! Hands down the best breakfast/lunch spot I’ve ever been. The staff is so friendly and the food is so unbelievably good that I had to keep pinching myself because it tasted like a dream. I had the HOTG Omelette and it was phenomenal! This is the only breakfast/lunch spot for me. Keep up the amazing work guys!
