Huckleberry's Breakfast & Lunch

Love the theme inside. Nailed it with the New Orleans theme. Food is amazing. I love the eggs Benedict.

Really good new breakfast and lunch place ! They have a New Orleans theme on their decor and food. The servers are super friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back and try their lunch menu.

It was real good. The hostess staff and waitresses were very attentive with our party of 5 and the food was fresh and tasted good. It's a Louisiana-Cajun themed restaurant, so they serve several favorites from that region. A picture of the Waterboy and/or Farmer Fran on the walls might be a bonus. I will be going back.

My husband has the chicken and waffle stack special while I had the pancake and candied walnut special. The chicken and waffle came with a special made savory butter while the sweet pancakes came with a sweet cream butter; both butters perfectly complemented the dish.

The chicken was crispy and moist on the inside. The waffle was light and moderately sweet and fell apart with the butter and syrup.

On my plate, I had country potatoes with onions and peppers as well as bacon, crisp. The country potatoes are made there and absolutely delicious, while the bacon is high quality and thick cut.

My husband would like to state that the huckleberry mimosas are “hella good and worth it” too.

I had an omelet, the one with avocado on it and shrimp. It was amazing! The shrimp were pretty good and a decent size. I also got the muffin which was really yummy. The Grits didn't have a lot of flavor so I would suggest getting something else instead. I did get the strawberry lemonade like she was pretty good but I expected it to be a little sweeter for a restaurant that seem to be Southern oriented.
