Thai Basil

Stopped by Thai Basil Roseville for lunch. Nice selection of curries, stir fry, grilled items and noodles. The red curry in coconut milk with prawns and chicken was outstanding! I look forward to returning and trying other items from the menu.

Nice atmosphere, excellent service, outstanding food. Rich and robust, yet simple. The red curry and peanut sauces were some of the best I've had.

Have been going here for many years, still great Thai food and friendly staff. Make sure to try the pumpkin curry and yellow curry, they are both excellent, along with the pad Thai and Pad Kee Mow. If you like noodle dishes, ask if they have the garlic Shanghai noodles, they’re not always available but delicious!

There was a private party that reserved ths restaurant after 5pm. Staff must've seen us reading the notice and then walking away sad because a cheerful man came out to confirm it was just us 2, then allowed us to enter. The full party attendees hadn't arrived so the restaurant could spare a table. Staff was attentive as always. We ate our delicious meals, paid our VERY reasonable check and left happy and full. LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!

To start with-- best $4.99 side salad I have ever had. Warm peanut dressing and beautifully presented fresh ingredients. My seafood red curry was delicious. Next time I will add mixed vegetables for just a few dollars more. My Thai friend says this is the only place she found in the Sacto area that can compare with the authentic food in Thai Town (L.A.-- Hollywood Blvd.). I have always had friendly and efficient service here.
