Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food is delicious but I sometimes have issues with things I order getting to my table. Seams like with large groups, random items don't actually get ordered and sent to the table. When I've gone with a small group, everything goes fine.

I love their food. I always get hot, fresh and yummy food here.
I took in an elderly gentleman with me in a wheel chair. They seated us before others and took special time and care to accomadate his needs. Extremely friendly crew and helpful.

Catering Review:
I work for Toyota and I ordered the burger bar, salads, cookies, and other sides from Red Robins catering menu for our training event. We had lunch for 75 people 3 days in a row, all catered and delivered by Red Robin. We had a great experience each and every day from their team. The burger bar came with tons of fresh toppings and sauces, making it customizable and different each day. The salads were fresh, and cookies were a hit. The best part was that the Red Robin team was early each day, friendly, and stuck around to help set up the lunch for the event. We were more than thrilled with the food and service, and will definitely be using them again.

Decent food for decent prices. I hate the noise at this chain. We travel a lot, though, and it is nice to have a place where I know that I can find safe, gluten-free food. The gluten-free buns are some of the best that I have had, and I can actually eat the unlimited fries.
