On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Good old fashioned American-Mexican restaurant similar to Chevy's with the usual fair of fajitas and margaritas.
Nothing super special, but still tasty.

On the Border is chain-style Mexican food that is excellent. They have a very sizable menu with lots of options. I honestly don't believe that I've had a bad menu item here. Chips and salsa are absolutely my favorite of any Mexican themed restaurant. The shredded beef tacos and carnitas tacos are very good. The chicken tinga enchilada is also very tasty. They also have excellent desserts.

This restaurant is always clean and the service excellent. It has a very nice bar area and outdoor seating. The staff is extremely personable. They really make you feel comfortable.

For a chain Mexican themed restaurant, it doesn't get better.

If your like tortilla soup, this is the best we have found around these parts. We only go here for lunch, so I cannot comment much on the cocktail portion of things here. The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly and on their game!!!

Food was good, the service was amazing! We had a Kings game to get to, got there with enough time, as long as there weren't any delays. We actually got out much faster than anticipated! Didn't feel rushed, but the server was attentive and efficient. He anticipated our need for the bill and returned with it promptly. Great job!
