Food was good, Thai soup had great flavor. Service was ok. Restaurant was so cold. Over $80 for three soups was a bit much. Accidentally left our son’s glass baby bottle on the table, called within 30 mins to see if I could pick it up and they had already thrown it in the trash. Overall probably won’t be returning.
This was my second visit at this location and the service has improved ten-fold. Attentive but not overbearing, just how I like it.
Food is tasty (hehe) as always. My go to is the #1 beef hot pot, mild. The dipping sauce is where it’s at though. Both sauces, a garlic soybean & sweet soy, are located table-side for your convenience. I can seriously devour it all, soo good but soo dangerous.
The Hokkaido milk too was wonderfully fragrant. It had the perfect blend of sweet, bitter and creamy with every sip.
The staff was in training when I dined, but they still missed extremely basic server duties like ensuring all items ordered (specifically, any drinks) were actually served.
I'll return anyway, though. Hopefully the service level increases but the food is so tasty--and this is a hot pot desert--that it makes it worth it.
Excellent food.
Very chilly inside so bring a sweater. But that is balanced out because your hot pot is kept hot by a little fire under the bowl so it stays very hot.
I had the seafood bowl. There was for sure enough seafood in there for a very good dinner.
The food can be very spicy, so if you're like me the ethnicity of mayo zero spice is probably your best bet.
Other details: the restaurant is very clean, including the bathroom, and very friendly staff.
My only suggest would be to make a build-your-own option. Unfortunately, my partner is pretty picky so they had to omit a lot of stuff.
5/5 will come again.
For a fairly new establishment, I'm sure they have a few kinks to work out. However, I am very excited to have them included in the area.
The service was great! The food was promt and tasty. And the music was pleasing.
The only complaint I had along with others that I over heard, was that the air conditioning temp was a bit too chilly, (one party actually sat down and up and left). Wasn't even a hot day.
Oh well, I'll be back. 😉
