Manzanita

Creative menu with great mix of different options. Have been there multiple times and great each time. Bucatini pasta appetizer and crab pasta entre were both excellent. Will come here everytime i get back to North Tahoe area.

The restaurant has a very nice and upscale atmosphere. I had the NY Strip steak which was about 16oz and it was absolutely delicious. It was cooked just how I asked, perfectly pan seared, and the flavor was outstanding.
The serving staff we're very kind and very helpful with explaining menu options, wine lists, and just being friendly. They were very good about making sure you were well taken care of.
Reservations are required and it was nice that when we arrived on time a table was ready for us.

Craig, the on-duty manager was very professional. He turned the fireplace on for us and very attentaive to any of our requests. Our waitress, Ali was warm and engaging. She took time to tell us about all the menu choices. We never felt rushed to choose. Needless to say, our dining experience was an A+. Especially dessert. The Manzanita is location inside The Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe.
