    For this small town I’m gonna give it a 5-star. The food is no frills, just really good. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I had the Reuben with fries and it was seriously made to perfection. Visiting from the Bay Area we have lots of options too and this place hits the spot. The staff was nice. The food was warm and quick. Just felt like a nice hometown place. Ask about the soup of the day you won’t be disappointed. The onion rings are a must. The carrot cake is a double must. Enjoy! If you’re visiting though Quincy or staying at Paxton Lodge check this place out (a few times ;)

    Friendly and accommodating.....allowed us to eat....drink....and compile inventory for insurance claim in Dixie fire

    Throughout covid they did a great job serving essentially workers. This is a great little cafe and diner. Highly recommended!
