The service was Great but for the Chinese food, the white rice was hard and dry, some pieces of chicken were hard but still delicious, and the vanilla milkshake was delicious but mostly whipped cream.
The biscuits and gravy are amazing. The service was fast and friendly. Steven is great and friendly. He goes above and beyond. My husband and I had a great experience and will definitely be eating there again
It was my first time there. The people I was with were more familiar with the place, said the place had sadly recently lost a valued employee.
Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service, slow service, not accurate, we had to remind the server about our fries and toast after our meals arrived. I guess he had forgotten. One can of soda each was served to 3 of us who asked for one. Normally restaurants give refills of sodas. I had the impression the young server wasn't very experienced. I would normally go to morning thunder, but we thought they would be too busy at that late morning hour.
I hope the La Cabana restaurant improves so that they can get more business. It looked like just locals were there while we were there. We had a bill of $76 for 4 of us, plus a 10% tip.
The fried chicken is so good, breakfast is good, the burritos are good. I haven't tried anything else yet, but I haven't had a bad meal there yet.
The service is good too, the main waitress has a lot of experience, she's very friendly, and has a pleasant demeanor.
The food is decent, best service I have got in Quincy and prices are about average. I ordered the Enchiladas and Chilie Relleno. The enchilada sauce seamed to be something you would get out of a can. This was a huge disappointment being a Mexican restaurant that has other cuisines. The enchiladas were not bad. The rice and beans were as expected from a Mexican restaurant and nothing special. The Chile Relleno was good but with the enchilada sauce added on top it took away from the Chile Relleno. The portions were good size.
For the Quincy area this restaurant will be much like the other Mexican restaurants and doesn't offer much difference. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who is looking for multiple options. This area they excel in, the menu is very extensive and offers a great selection of food. I would definitely try this place again.
