    Delicious! This was my first time here. Very clean. Everything tasted fresh & delicious. Beautiful presentation. I will definitely go back.

    IHOP is always good. The service was awesome, the restaurant was clean and nice. If to are drying to or from Palm Spring, it's a good breakfast!

    The Banning IHOP has a value meal every day after 4 p.m. for $9.49. It includes any drink on the menu, garlic bread, choice of 5 main courses, 2 sides and vanilla ice cream for desert. We were pleasantly surprised with food and service

    This was a great location!! Only one employee on the floor to handle orders and cash register, and she handled it well! With a smile!!
    Food was good with large portions.
