(April 28, 2020, 11:29 pm)I am a nurse and I travel 120 miles round trip for my shifts. One morning I was so tired on my way home and wasn't sure if the lobby was open during these critical times. As I was turning to walk back to my car contemplating gas station coffee, an angel barista came out of the door asking if I needed help. She then confirmed that I was a nurse and let me know my coffee was at no charge at any Starbucks. I'm grateful to the franchise for this gift, but I thank my nameless angel for taking a step out of the door and giving me the gift of kindness in a cup.
