Carl's Jr.

So, I've been here several times, but today's experience caught me off guard and made me smile even though I was not directly involved.

Story: A customer had ordered a salad but unfortunately Carl's Jr. Had ran out of utensils.

That's where one of the greatest customer service examples I've seen happened. The Carl's Jr. employee Diana, had looked in the back and was unable to find any utensils spoke with the customer amd informed them of the delay. Then proceeded to run over to the Arco Gas Station and use her own money to buy some utensils for Carl's Jr. just so the customer can actually eat his meal.

The fact that she went above-and-beyond what was ever asked of her as a worker is what made my whole day!

I wanted to give Diana a huge shout out!
Because that was a really awesome experience for me just observing from afar.

It's people like you that just help make the world a better place.

Great location. Gas station nearby. Freeway close. Service great. Only fast food for several miles

Ordered the beyond famous star. Surprising to get a vegan burger at a fast food restaurant. I am pleased

This Carl's was great. Exceptional service, very friendly. Server asked me twice if everything was ok and if I needed anything else. Bathroom and entire store was clean and neat. A+.

It was a pleasure thanks to a Carl's Jr worker Diana.Her service was above and beyond what was needed. She was polite not just to me, but to everyone around her. I will definitely be going back.
