Flaming Buffet

I haven’t been there in an awhile. But I am a guest there since 10 years ago. They were discriminating against my four years old disability and made me feel uncomfortable being there. I will never go there again. The place was empty ( non busy) , my daughter is non verbal and non aggressive and has brain injury and she is non verbal. She also really non verbal and silent but not aware and would wonder. I asked them to be close to the buffet but the worker (she is the cashier who takes you to tables)said no because it is for seniors ( there were no one there it wasn’t busy), I informed her with my daughter special needs and it is easier for us to be close to the buffet just like seniors I showed her my daughter shoe tag ( she has it in case she gets lost since she wonders a lot)
She looked at my daughter in a weird way and she was like “special needs is loud , isn’t she loud? ) and took from us negotiation and discussion to be allowed to set there . I felt so sad and also her siblings. Never there again. She wanted to hide us. My daughter did so good tho and being close to the buffet helped a lot. We go other places a lot and they always more helping and understanding. This place has the sign for disability access but they are totally the opposite.
The food also wasn’t that fresh and needed more seasoning and flavors.
I think the place isn’t suitable for special needs families .

We haven't been back since COVID and want to give it a try since it changes to Flaming Buffet. Overall, the decor looks pretty modernized, and there are many choices of food to choose from. Mongolian grills only open for dinner time at $22.99 per person versus $14.99 lunch price. All you can eat and you can't go wrong for the price!

I was totally impressed with both the quality & variety of the food. the cleanliness, quantity & decor was impressive also. I'm not a big fan of seafood, and yet there was a good variety of "non seafood" items also. I will definitely return often!

The food was really good and the crab legs were meaty and the workers were very friendly overall clean 👌

The food is nothing special, sometimes bland, but the variety is great and I love the addition of a sushi bar and steak bar, although the sushi isn’t the greatest. The mussels and other shellfish are great from here, even the pizza is good for some reason. The drinks are quick and the staff is fast at removing plates and refilling, dessert could be better it’s usually dry but still pretty good. The steak bar is fantastic, I like that you can pick any veggie or item to go with your steak(s). Worst thing about this place is the price, it’s like 27 a person and really it should be like 15-20. The drinks are also an extra 4 dollar charge if I remember correctly. I recommend this place if your family doesn’t know what you’re looking for and likes seafood because there is a lot of it here, but also fresh fruit, land meat and other stuff. Also wish they had an ice cream machine, it’s just a freezer with cups of ice creams. Cool place will return sometime.
