“I used to be stationed in San Diego in the 90’s and they had this place called Wing n’ Things. They were one of our favorite regular places. When I left I was sad the closest one was an hour away. So anytime we went to SD, I would make my husband take me there. One day I see this new Epic Wings place and thought I would give them a try. I ordered and as I was waiting for my order, read their history. (I had missed the giant mural on the wall! ????????♀️) I was so excited to find out they franchised and branched out of SD!!! “I love that it's family ran. They know me by name and my order. I sit down or call for take out and they ask "The usual?" The owners always see me walk in and will come over to say hello. Waitresses are personable, funny, and show their appreciation for us coming in. Salmon is always fresh, melts in my mouth like butta!! Salmon Crunch is my favorite. Nothing on the menu I don't like. If I go in by myself, they take their extra time to come chat with me. Best sushi ever!......Pearl”
