Noodle St. Eastvale

Love the knife cut noodle, chewy. Menu is a little diff than the one in Monrovia. I wish the rib in the noodle soup and the beef in the beef roll was hot. But still looking forward to try more dishes there!

Been hearing good things about this place and wanted to try the dumplings. The service was quick but disorganized.

When you walk in, there is no greeter, you grab a table. After seating then a server stops by and hands menus.

We tried dumplings, the knife cut noodle ramen and the sandwiches.

Everything was good but the dumplings were the best.

After eating, a server asked how the food was, what we liked and disliked.

That was interesting as it seemed like feedback was appreciated.

It’s a good restaurant! And good customer service! The sever who service me names Derek, help me figure out how good Asian food is, It’s my best dinner ever for this year!

I am so happy there is a authentic Chinese noodle restaurant opened in Eastvale.

We went there on second day they opened at 6pm, they were very busy,. Wait time was only 10 minutes, not bad. We ordered Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, it was super good and not spicy at all in my opinion. We also had a Spring cold noodle, the texture was great but there is too much garlic in it, could be improved
All in all, good food, friendly service, clean environment, will come back to try more noodles！

Went to their soft opening. The food was delicious with decent portion size. However the service speed is a bit slow. Hopefully they improve that over time. It’s great to have an authentic Chinese noodle restaurant in the area
