    Awesome down to earth place for breakfast with the family. Has excellent portions and is a relatively clean environment. This daddy likes????

    Good food. I prefer here over Denny's do to the multiple flavored syrups. Always taste the same no matter which one you go to.

    Food was just ok, not very warm. They served the pancakes with frozen whipped butter on the pancakes. Can't spread butter like that even if the pancakes are hot, let alone only warm. I also think all syrups should be warm, just my preference. It would help melt the butter and keep the pancakes hot. Elisa the waitress was good.

    IHOP was great. Food was good. We had to send some pancakes back because they we cold. We got hot pancakes back. Service was excellent. We had a good breakfast.
