No exaggeration, this is the absolute best market and food around Hemet located downtown. I LOVE grabbing my ingredients for meals, Baklava dessert (made in store), and fresh nuts here as everything is shipped from Egypt, France, Iran, Canada and more. They have an area for take out food where I love to order Gyro, Chicken Shawarma, and Falafel plates. They have the sweetest owners, and always offer discounts or free sides which touches my heart as they just love people who enter their store. It’s also big enough to be wheelchair accessible/dine in. I love being a regular here, I’m never disappointed!! ❤️

If you want to taste the food that our entire world began with, then you should definitely taste this Middle Eastern restaurant. Wonderful customer service, delicious food. Shawarma the best salad and vermicelli awesome. Don't forget to try the gyros.

Nice staff/owner; really personable. Interesting spot to get those goods from lands other than riverside county.:) We had the beef and chicken shawarma plates. I enjoyed the beef but mom's liked the chicken. Make sure to ask for some of the hot sauce (sure it's not called that) and the garlic aioli (probably not called that either). The spice from the hot sauce doesn't sit on the tongue but instead slightly spikes then diminishes; good compliment to the proteins. The salad was refreshing to break the sauce and starch's. A plate will fill ya up; na'n included along with the hummus. About $15+ per meal and don't forget to tip people. Glad to support a family owned business and happy that I read the reviews and convinced me to go in
