This is art. Came here because I'm new in town. Kevin welcomed me with open arms. Thanks for keeping me company on a day where I needed a friendly conversation and friend. If your in town, come by. The place is immaculate. Sashimi was on point and fresh. Such a wide variety of Japanese soju, sake, and beer. You are family here when you come.

This place is incredible!! Definitely a hidden gem of the highest caliber. The sushi here is better than some of the Highest rated sushi restaurants on the coast.
The quality is phenomenal and reminded me of my favorite spots in Hawaii. I never thought our little town would be so lucky!
Kevin is a wonderful host and skilled chef, he'll take good care of you!

great atmosphere, never felt this good at any bar ever!! Been to all sorts of bars all over the US and Mexico and none come close to this hidden gem! Honestly enjoy it while it's here, cuz a business like this will easily be a 5 star restaurant in any major city! too great of a bar!!!

Looking for delicious food? Looking for a laid back atmosphere? Coming into Paradise I was reminded of a high-end bar, with an amazing selection of alcohol alongside an interesting menu. My wife and I were wanting to try somewhere new so we stopped here to check it out. We were a bit skeptical at first and didn’t know what to expect, but after looking at the menu and settling in, we got our food and it was fantastic! The cuts of sashimi offered were amazing and the cooked food couldn’t have been prepared any better. You should definitely give this place a try if you’re looking for an exquisite Japanese experience. It is also very nice if you want to just stop by and have a couple drinks with some finger food. Thanks again Paradise, we will be returning soon!

The reason you won't see any pictures of menus is because the chef (Kevin) *cooks food*, not follows rigid templates. Tell him what you like, what kind of thing you're in the mood for. Add items, substitute, have it hot or chilled, but overall give him room to work and enjoy the results!

Fantastic quality food; he's dedicated to quality fish and the sashimi showed it! He doesn't even want to let raw fish out the door because even small temp changes could impact the quality he's committed to.👍❤️
