It was great we literally hit the sweet spot walked right no wait i am not going to tell you what time i will keep that in my back pocket for myself 🙃, the atmosphere/ service was wonderful great great vibes. The Food was excellent I had the Chicken Fried steak I was best one I have had in years. Very very big a lil salty but I could look pass it as as you dip it in the mash potatoes. My wife had the Ribeye not that was great she exactly eat half of it , I eat the other have foe breakfast with her bake potatoe. Over all it was great I definitely will be going back not to bad on the price either, last week we drove up to Sizzler in Banning this was way cheaper the Sizzler yes I said Sizzler.🤣😂
I had an enjoyable dinner here, surprisingly we didn't have to wait very long, came at 5pm and was seated within 10 minutes, our waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times, brought us drinks and we even got free ice cream because we were here to celebrate my anniversary. The food was tasty! It's big portions, so come here hungry. When I left, the lobby was crowded with people waiting for a table so perhaps come early to get a seat.
The "Roadhouse," delectable...yes. Texan vibe, truly here. From the Hunter feel flare of the Sports bar to country dining, TR offers an atmosphere of welcome and friendliness. The wait staff are attentive and good-natured. Bring your appetite as the soft scrumptious bread with cinnamon butter will melt in your mouth to start and follow with the Catus Blossom, lightly seasoned and breaded, no sauce needed, but the provided one is a plus. The Texas chili is a must with chunks of grounded beef, topped with oozing cheese and onions. Meat selections range from generous portions of Prime rib to Porterhouse cuts so buttery and savory, a butter knife only needed. Lastly, if you have room, add a dessert and another beer on tap. A great addition to the desert so "come on in" for a visit.
I really enjoyed eating here. The food was very good. I ordered the grilled salmon with a side of green beans and loaded sweet potato. All of it was delicious. Their steaks are very good. & the service was fantastic.
Our first time here and it exceeded our expectations! First of all, it was busy (overflowing parking lot) and surprisingly we got seated right away. Service was on point! Our waiter was outstanding, took our order right away, kept our drinks full and the hot buns coming! Our salads came out right away, quickly followed by our heaping entrees. Big portions. We liked the steaks. Knocked off 1 star for a couple of minor things. My son’s steak was quite blue rare although he asked for medium rare. No big deal. He ate what he could and took the rest home which microwaved well the next day. The green beans were awful, super salty, overcooked and contained bacon. Inedible. Wouldn’t order them again. Our server happily made it better though, replacing them with a loaded baked potato which was mostly great. I had to wipe the chunks of salt off the outside of the potato! A lotta salt! Ribs were a tad overcooked (dry) but still tasty. We were so full we didn’t have room for desert. Manager was a happy guy, very hospitable. Checked in with us and said they’ve only been open 3 weeks. Kudos to the staff, they’re friendly and eager to please. We look forward to coming again and bringing our friends/family to try it out. Great spot for a celebratory dinner.
