Bistro 60

Was pleasantly surprised that they had the Impossible Burger and they made a really good burger with it. I had the sweet potato fries which was also really good.
Prices are pretty reasonable given the quality of the food. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent, but I was disappointed with the food portions. I had a meatball sub which was approximately 5 in long and had three small large gumball sized meatballs (for $14). My wife had an Impossible Burger, and it was burnt. She had one a few days earlier at fat boys burgers that was twice as good at half the price. I guess you pay for location, since Bistro 60 is at least a 15 minute drive from anywhere else if you're staying at trilogy.

I had the sea bass and it was delicious. My husband had the prime rib. The veges with it were not cooked well enough and the portion was small. But the service was good.

They are doing construction.. took forever to get as bill.. so that sucks when you're in the middle of a round... food was pretty good... they need a new staff to be more efficient or better training...
