    chinese food at this place - yummy. Staff is always super even when they have a full house. Certainly worth a return trip.

    Stopped in at our favorite place while we are here in palm springs. I love their egg fu young. Their special rice is excellent. My wife loves their beans and beef dish. The duck dish was excellent. Great for families nice atmosphere. There is a bar as well and TV to watch sports. Very nice service.

    Canton Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants. The food never disappoints. Love to order several dishes and eat family style. The lettuce wraps, the walnut shrimp with melons, the noodles with beef and the Mongolian beef are always favorites - plus I try a new dish each time I visit a Canton Bistro Getting hungry just thinking about the delicious food.

    Very well decorated place. It is in a shopping center so plenty of parking
    Their food was delicious we tried their sample platter which had a lot of choices. We had chicken cashew, chicken basil and Mongolian beef as well as combo rice
    Be careful the plates that have a red symbol next to them on the menu are not as in spicy
