El Taco Bar

Great tacos! Just wish it delivered all the time. Seems to be pretty packed. That is a good thing though!

I am not one that will write a negative review because I understand how difficult it is to work in the food industry. I called to let them know there was something wrong with my order and they said there was nothing they could do and then they asked the manager.. who also said there was nothing they could do about missing items and then she told me a lie. She said she wrote the names of the orders on the bags. That is not true- my bag came with no name on it and I'm missing my dang corn on the cob with the cheese and the butter and mayo...😥 I'm going to definitely try them again but I'd appreciate not being lied to and told that there's nothing you can do.. I'm not asking you to refund my money I'm asking you to give me whatever righteously paid for.

Grew up in Lake Elsinore. Got to watch the city grow from a bunch of dirt lots. I'm currently visiting family and this place is new since my last visit. It was nice having authentic Mexican food again. Place looks great and they aren't skimping on ingredients.

This is my first visit to El Taco Bar. I asked the cashier how long they had been here? Her response was since April. I mention that this was my first visit. There was no response like welcome to the neighborhood, thanks for coming in, or any welcoming response . I did order a burrito and a glass of water. It would have been nice when she gave me my water glass to mention that the water was around the corner at the soda fountain. The soda fountain water tap malfunction and I could not get it to stop running. We did get our food and the food pretty good. Upon my departure I turned to tell them thanks however there was no one in sight. The reason for my comments are not to complain but to let the management know that hospitality is a very important aspect of a successful business. I hate to see in a small business close the doors and fail. The best of luck to you all. Cheers
