    It is amazing place!! The people are so nice and welcoming!! I love it and love Ashley !! Encouraging and wants you to succeed on your journey!! The classes are so much fun and the shakes and waffles are amazing!!

    I totally love coming to Rise up Nutrition! I always get a great workout. Whether it’s a Zumba fit class or a Hit class . They make the best Herbalife shakes, refreshing energy drinks and on Saturday they make the best protein waffles! But the best thing I can say it’s that every time I walk in to the shop I’m always greeted with a smile and always positive energy . I’ve been going to the shop a little over a year and I totally recommend! ❤️

    Love the energy that all the coaches bring to the club every mornings & evenings 💪🏽 . No other local club meets the standard and amazing customer service they hold here ! They make you feel like family . And definitely push your limits to help you reach all your fitness goals!

    Definitely recommend the Zumba Class and HIIT workout at this facility! Seeing results I’ve never seen with other workouts, Thank you Girls! Keep up the amazing work 💪🏽

    I'm am part of R.U.N. as a licensed Zumba Instructor. I love the community here and the atmosphere. It's very affordable and if you're looking for a delicious nutritional shake this is the place to come too! Enjoy your first class FREE!!!
