Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've been going to Red Robin for years. I'm talking like 10+... Anyways, the other night, they got my to-go order wrong (didn't know until we got home)

Called up today to give them another shot. Paul, the manager, actually cared about my experience and understood that it's their duty to make sure their customers get what they want. I appreciate his empathy and desire to take care of me.

I'll continue to keep coming to Red Robin. Kudos to Paul and to Red Robin for hiring somebody that cares about the people doing business in your establishment.

Wife and I love Red Robin and go almost every week to eat out. Still not tired of it at all! Love those fries.

Red Robin is one of our favorites! This Menifee location is another restaurant in their chain with high standards. Fast, friendly staff all the time. Every waitress/waiter we have had has been quick and always on top of refills and orders. Compliments to the Chefs for amazing food quality! I love their new changes to the menu and all of their different options. I especially love the bottomless fries, salad, broccoli and/or chips. My kids especially love the bottomless root beer floats! That's right, bottomless root beer float! Another job well done!

Busy but always good, the wait staff has always been good and attentive. The parking lot gets filled up very fast so make sure to arrive at a good time or be prepared to walk. Booths are a little small, I'm 6 foot 6 340 pounds and I barely fit in them so if you're similar in size try and grab a table.

A great experience! I love the Tavern menu. They are a perfect size for me. Food quality was good and the service was too. If you join the Red Robin royalty, it's easy to earn freebies and they send good coupons.
