The food from Soul Goodness was down home and very delicious. I had the melt off the bone oxtails with greens, rice, cornbread, mac & cheese, and something I never was a fan of blackeyed peas. Denise made those peas very tasty. Still, I would only eat hers. The to go containers were prepared once I gotten there. The food was still warm 30 minutes later. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. I will be ordering again

OMG the Oxtail is to die for! Highly recommend her home cooking!

My husband and I had fried chicken dinners with the most amazing red beans and rice I've ever tasted, a delicious salad and some moist delicious cornbread. Debbie can really cook and she's very kind and welcoming. I couldn't wait to place my next order (oxtails), we will be repeat customers for sure.

Soul Goodness is a hidden jewel. All of her food is delicious and flavorful. My favorites are the oxtail Wednesday's, gumbo, fried chicken, blackened peas and her greens (they make me dance when I’m eating)..???. Food this good and to have it locally is a blessing. Keep up the great work. I’m a FOREVER customer.

Her catfish is crispy and flavorful on the outside and moist in the inside, the coleslaw had a perfect hint of sweetness, and the cornbread was perfect!!!!
