Excellent Coffee! Went a second time. Has a Colorado Springs casual hippie macrame vibe. Willie Nelson type music. Fabulous pie and BBQ horrible cobb salad. High prices great service.

Ever walk in somewhere and feel immediately welcome? That's this place. There is an attention to detail that shows in everything they do here. Fresh flowers on every table. Blankets slung around if you get chilly. Food that is clearly handmade with fresh ingredients. Great burger and some of the best pecan pie I have ever had. This place is a gem, and not just worth a stop but worth a detour.

Love the vibe! Vintage coffee cups, macrame plant hangers all around, and old school church pews as benches.
Tried the blackberry hand pie, the apple hand pie, and the sweet potato and collard greens hand pie. All three were fantastic, apple maybe had a slight edge, but each went great with coffee. They're little market was pretty legit and had a surprising number of vegan/plant based options. Will definitely come again especially for a meal. If you're just passing by definitely worth a stop.

The food is homemade from scratch and it's amazing!!
The staff was friendly and welcoming. Ashley was our hostess and Gavin was our waiter, both doing an excellent job.
But there's a but, be ready to pay up for amazing.
We loved the food BUT it was $60.00 for eggs, sausage and biscuits for two with drinks and sharing one piece of pie.

As a local I am happy 'the Sugarloaf is open and re-imagined as a unique diner destination. And what a treat it is! It is apparent upon sampling any of the menu items that everything is prepared fresh with quality ingredients. Top notch! I appreciate the unique menu -- comfort food with a tastier twist. Highly recommended!
