Tavern Grille

This place is a bit hard to define. I'm not sure exactly what crowd they are trying to attract. There were bar locals, small groups of friends, and a kids baseball group of parents. The staff seemed nice and the food was actually better than I thought it was going to be. A little loud, but again could be the crowd they are trying to attract. I would say this is more bar than grille but the food is good with large portions.

First time and it did not disappoint. Delicious food, fun environment and the service was great. Had live music on Tuesday night and got packed. We're a family of 6 with little kids (baby to 10yo) and even the kids had a good time. Please note, they didn't have great seating for a big group unless you're sitting at the tall tables but since our kids are still small enough, we had enough room at the regular tables. We also got there before they got packed so we were able to grab an extra chair from another table.

Nice local place. Food is good and generous portions. Only negative was service.... Took forever to place a drink order. Bartender forgot and had to be reminded.... 20 minutes before drink arrived, and then ordered lunch, that came pretty quick, but then never saw anyone again. Another 20 minutes after we were done, another employee told our server we were waiting so he brought our check. Nice place, but a 40 minute or so lunch took nearly an hour and 45....

Patriotic Americans only. You need to be patriotic to enjoy the food here. It's nothing special but I do enjoy the John Wayne poster. And service was impeccable. It's more of a place to have drinks than to have great food in my opinion.

The food is really good. Favorite is the club. 4 stars due to extended wait time to order, and having one menu makes it difficult for a larger party of 3 or 4. Quality and fresh ingredients. Ambiance is perfect not to loud or quiet. Great music and very friendly staff. Will continue to be a favorite place for lunch outings.
