    This post applies to the Murrieta Hot Springs location only. The service was outstanding and the restaurant was clean on a busy Sat. afternoon. I was greeted with a friendly smile, treated in a professional manner, and waited no more than 5 min for my order. Impressive! A certain Winchester EPL location could sure use some training from this location. Thank you to Rene and his crew.

    Good food. Good service. FYI: They do not accept more than one coupon, mobile offer, or discount per order/family, so choose the one best deal to use. ????

    I've had all good experience at this location. There food is always good my kids love to eat here.

    This particular visit the chicken was very dry. I've eaten at this location many times and been satisfied, hence a slightly lowered score. The menu changes often offering a variety of fresh ingredients. It's great for those trying to cut carbs! I definitely recommend having some avocado salsa!

    Love El Pollo. It's consistently good and you can get healthy options if you choose. They're value meals are some of the best.
