    Let's talk brisket. In the area, to find good brisket, the choices are few and far between. But in the darkness there is a silver lining. Smokestack Lightnin' BBQ's brisket is THE best brisket in the area! This is not up for debate. Take a Texas Boy's word for it!

    Attending a wedding catered by Smokestack Lightnin' BBQ was an absolute delight! The coleslaw was fresh, the BBQ chicken was tender and flavorful, and the beans were delicious. Just to name a few if my favorites. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality shone through in every bite. Friendly staff and a memorable culinary experience. Highly recommend!

    Temecula, there is a new Boss in barbecue and it is SmokeStack Lightning’s BBq! They just catered the rehearsal luncheon for our family. From the moment we contacted Chris by text, it wasn’t 5 minutes later he got back to us. Great communication, very prompt and flexible, reasonably priced. And I mean the works, The Rave was on the fresh sliced tenderness of tri-tip, brisket, pulled pork and the best chicken you’ll ever eat. Even the corn, beans, and bread were amazing!
    Everything was so fresh, tasted great also the sauces are off the charts. Do yourself a favor for a local business who wants to turn barbecue in Temecula into a down home institution. Chris and Taylor are so friendly so fast and what they bring to the table you won’t want to push back from. Thanks again Chris and Taylor it was amazing!!

    Oh man, this food is amazing. We had the fortune of Smokestack catering a friend's wedding and everything on the menu was fantastic, down to the sweet tea. I grew up in the south so I'm a stickler on good BBQ, and this was one of the best. And their take on elote was like a sweet corn southern version. You gotta try them!

    This BBQ was superb. Delicious tender meats accompanied by incredible sauces, I could drink the Carolina gold sauce. All of the sides were amazing, especially the cole slaw and corn. I cannot recommend enough. It really was the best BBQ I have ever had.
