KOYA SUSHI (Norco)

The food is stellar! The cuts of fish are generously sized, thick pieces with excellent texture and flavor. The rolls have a good combination of fillings/toppings but avoid being too busy. The Phinix roll is highly recommended! The standout is the eel nigiri; firm, fresh texture not drowned in sauce letting the flavor of the eel stand more on it’s own than as a vessel for eel sauce. The quality of the ingredients make a world of difference and I’ll absolutely be coming back because of it!

The fish was very high quality. Jasmine served us, she was very pleasant and always making sure we were happy. Unfortunately I should have come a little more hungry. I would have loved to try more rolls.

Got the Mamacita Roll and Shrimp Lovers Roll. Both great choices, the service is good, and it’s nice and clean. I’d recommend

Pretty good place to have ayce.

Since I live in the area, I'd rather not venture all the way to oc for some decent Japanese ayce food.

Thankfully, they opened up.
Price for lunch wasn't as expensive as other places and the options were pretty good.
Kinda weird though as shrimp tempura was placed on the dinner menu.

The quality of the nigiri was pretty good. The rice to meat ratio wasn't bad.
I did enjoy that they have ikura and mackerel. The salmon was just okay.

I didn't like their calamares though as the meat was a little tough for me. Other than that, I'll definitely be back before the end of the year.

Service was nice as well.

As with other places, I believe they offer only 3 rounds? I'm not sure if it's a rule but their ayce menu had 3 rounds noted.

Just don't over order though.

Really good for AYCE! Quality was fresh, Service was prompt and atmosphere was totally chill. They are new and have a coupon special too. Located in Norco off of Hidden Valley Parkway. Definitely a deal at $33.95 Highly recommend to give it a try. Oliva was taking care of us and she was awesome 👌 👏 👍
